Moving with Small Children
Moving can be a stressful time for adults. It is much more stressful for children. This can be a scary time for them. Their whole world is being flipped upside-down. Their familiar surroundiings are being packed away into boxes and the people closest to them tend to be stressed and hurried. If you are planning to move and you have small children, you’ll need to take extra steps to be sure they come through the move feeling happy and secure.
My husband and I moved when our middle son was two years old. We moved again a few years later when our daughter was two. Moving this Summer?
A lot of people choose summertime to relocate.
