Q&A: Organizing with ADD

ADD book.jpgQuestion:  I have adult ADD. Due to late in life (coupled with menopause) diagnosis my organizing has worsened. Do you have special specific ways/tools that ADD people relate to better than the general public for organizing, shelving and time management?

Answer:  Thank you for this question. I would like to recommend some reading for you on this topic, that may provide some ideas on how you can get some order back into your life while accepting the realities of the ADD condition.

The book is “ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life” by Judith Kolberg and Kathleen Nadeau. It is available on Amazon.com, and has gotten some amazing reviews from others that are also dealing with ADD in their daily lives and the chaos that can accompany it.

I hope this is helpful.
